CyberGlobe Solutions Limited is responsible for personal information submitted through this website’s enquiry, lab, warehouse/customs, industry requirements and business discovery forms.
Information and purpose
Only share what the enquiry needs.
We collect the contact details and request information you choose to submit. Lab forms include course, resource and access requirements; the pilot survey includes business context, tool information and operational priorities. Warehouse/customs quotation forms include subscription preferences, declaration volumes, systems and operational requirements. Industry forms include business priorities and optional technology assessments.
Lawful basis
We use legitimate interests for business enquiries and discovery follow-up, and steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable. The privacy acknowledgement confirms you have read this notice; it is not a marketing opt-in.
Providers and sharing
Our web hosting and email providers process technical requests and email correspondence. Relevant associates may receive the minimum details necessary for a scoped quote or service, with appropriate confidentiality and data arrangements.
Retention
Unconverted enquiry and discovery correspondence is reviewed within 12 months and deleted when no longer needed. Active service, contract and accounting records follow applicable contractual and legal retention requirements.
Your rights

Security and technical data
Forms use a session cookie for submission security, validation and abuse controls. Hosting logs may contain IP addresses and request details. No advertising or analytics scripts are included. Please do not submit credentials or sensitive personal records.
International processing
Providers and specialist delivery arrangements may involve overseas processing. Where applicable, appropriate UK data-transfer safeguards must be established for the relevant provider or engagement.
External sites
AlphaSASE and other external websites have their own privacy arrangements. Email submissions are held in the CyberGlobe correspondence mailbox; this website does not maintain a separate lead database.
